Responsible planning tools

Use the tools as educational planning aids

These calculators support campaign planning, creator review, and decision-making. They do not guarantee creator earnings, campaign performance, pricing, selection, or legal outcomes.

Check trust signals for creator-brand collaboration

Clout Index is Cloutaura's decision-support score for trust and collaboration quality. It helps brands and creators look beyond follower count and review reputation, work-again behaviour, completion history, payment reliability, and dispute signals. It is useful for shortlisting, but it does not prove quality or guarantee any future campaign result.

Trust statement

The calculator uses the inputs you enter and applies Cloutaura's educational weighting. It cannot prove fraud, guarantee creator quality, predict revenue, or confirm legal outcomes. Use it with manual review and campaign context.

Who this tool is for

Use this tool if you are a brand, agency, creator, or operations team that needs a clearer trust signal before moving a collaboration forward.

Why use this tool?

A creator or brand can look strong on paper and still be a poor collaboration fit. Clout Index helps teams compare reliability, repeat-work intent, completion discipline, and dispute cleanliness in one place.

How it works

  • Choose creator mode or brand mode.
  • Enter the score inputs you already know from reviews or campaign records.
  • The tool converts each factor into a weighted score.
  • Read the headline score, the confidence note, and the factor breakdown together.
  • Use the result as a planning aid, not as a final decision.

Inputs and calculation

  • Creator mode uses reputation rating, work-again percentage, campaign completion, on-time delivery, dispute rate, and completed campaign count.
  • Brand mode uses reputation rating, creator work-again percentage, payment-on-time percentage, campaign completion or brief clarity, dispute rate, and completed campaign count.
  • Rates and counts should come from real collaboration history where available.
  • If history is thin, the score should be treated as provisional.

Formula and methodology

`Creator Clout Index = Reputation Score × 0.35 + Work Again Score × 0.25 + Campaign Completion × 0.20 + On-Time Delivery × 0.10 + Dispute Cleanliness × 0.10`

`Brand Clout Index = Reputation Score × 0.30 + Work Again Score × 0.20 + Payment Reliability × 0.25 + Campaign Completion or Brief Clarity × 0.15 + Dispute Cleanliness × 0.10`

`Dispute Cleanliness = 100 - dispute rate`

This is an educational preview of Cloutaura-style trust scoring. It is designed to help teams compare records, not to replace human judgement. Confidence should be read separately: 0-2 records means insufficient data, 3-4 means provisional, 5-9 means developing confidence, and 10+ means established confidence.

India-specific worked example

Illustrative example: a Bengaluru creator with Reputation 4.4/5, Work Again 78%, Completion 90%, On-Time Delivery 85%, Dispute Rate 5%, and 12 completed campaigns scores strongly because the record is consistent and clean. That does not guarantee selection. The brand should still check content quality, audience fit, and usage rights.

Common mistakes and limitations

  • The score does not prove identity, authenticity, or future behaviour.
  • A low score may reflect limited history rather than poor quality.
  • A high score does not guarantee performance, earnings, payments, or legal outcomes.
  • Use the score with content review, audience review, and contract terms.
